Independent retailer and wholesaler member-owned organisation Nisa-Today’s has made three new appointments to its holdings board, as well as reappointing four existing members.
Manoher Mulchandani from Imperial Cash & Carry, Sean Ramsden from Ramsden International and Asim Sarwar from Scottish wholesaler United Wholesale were the new names announced at this week’s AGM.
Peter Bellini from Bellini’s, Paul Delves from Harry Tuffin, Jempson’s Stephen Jempson and Mohammed Saleem from the Nisa Local in Isleworth were reappointed to the board.
They, along with the 13 existing board members and new non-executive director Shena Winning (from January), represent Nisa-Today’s decision-making team.
Mark Pullen, independent non-executive chairman at Nisa-Today’s, thanked the departing independent non-executive director Ian Black and welcomed Winning’s impending arrival.
“I would also like to welcome the three new member directors to the board and I am delighted that the four candidates were re-elected,” he added.
“I am sure the board will continue to work hard to help Nisa-Today’s create additional benefits for members.”
