Sports equipment and clothing retailer Sports Direct is to launch its biggest ever television marketing campaign this year, it has been announced.
Working with in-store media specialist Mood Media Corporation, the sports specialist will air a number of advertisements throughout the course of 2011.
Consumers should expect to see “bold and punchy” ads in line with the company’s brand image, according to Mood Media.
The media firm typically works with retailers to produce in-store imagery that enhances consumers’ shopping experience, but has plans to create more TV adverts in the future.
Fashion specialist New Look recently teamed up with the corporation to create an element of retail theatre in its Irish flagship store in Dublin.
