Fast fashion retailer H&M has hired Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr as the new face of its spring campaign.

H&M said on its Facebook page: “We‘re excited to let you know that Miranda Kerr is our #HMSpringFashion model!”

The former Victoria Secrets model, who is currently fronting Swarovski diamonds and Clear Scalp & Hair, will star in H&M ads for the first time this spring. Kerr was replaced as the face of fashion retailer Mango by model Daria Werbowy last November but succeeds fellow supermodel Giselle Bundchen for H&M.

The Sydney-born model‘s new campaign concurs with H&M‘s arrival in Australia, where it joins fast fashion labels Zara and Topshop who have recently set up stores in Melbourne and Sydney.

Confirming the news via H&M‘s Instagram account Kerr said: “Hi H&M followers, I‘m Miranda Kerr and I‘m the new face of H&M spring campaign. Stayed tuned for more.”
