Westfield Stratford City is set to expand its retail and leisure offer with the announcement of a new 17,747 sq ft TK Maxx store and 19,375 sq ft Gymbox.
The brands join Hugo Boss, Armani Jeans and David‘s Bridal in outdoor pedestrian area The Street.
Bill Giouroukos, Director of Operations at Westfield said: “Westfield Stratford City continues to deliver strong retail sales, high footfall which is set to increase with the opening of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and UK retail firsts.”
Westfield Stratford City, which also houses three hotels, will soon benefit from increased footfall with the reopening of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park on 5 April 2014 which will complement the London Aquatics Centre and Copperbox venues which are already opened to the public.
A planning application to cover The Street with a glass roof at Westfield Stratford City has recently been submitted.
