The fashion brand owned by H&M known as Cos will open a 4,469 sq ft store at One New Change shopping centre in St Pauls, London.

The store has taken a 15 year lease and will the place of fashion store Guess and joins high-street retailers Topshop, Banana Republic and Reiss.

The addition of Cos follows the introduction of the Pho restaurant market as well as restaurant D&D London and join Gordon Ramsay‘s Bread Street Kitchen and Jamie Oliver‘s Barbecoa. A state of the art staircase will also be built this Autumn.
