The fashion brand owned by H&M known as Cos will open a 4,469 sq ft store at One New Change shopping centre in St Pauls, London.
The store has taken a 15 year lease and will the place of fashion store Guess and joins high-street retailers Topshop, Banana Republic and Reiss.
The addition of Cos follows the introduction of the Pho restaurant market as well as restaurant D&D London and join Gordon Ramsay‘s Bread Street Kitchen and Jamie Oliver‘s Barbecoa. A state of the art staircase will also be built this Autumn.
David Atcherley-Symes, retail leasing director at Land Securities said, “We are delighted to welcome three of the hottest brands in the marketplace to One New Change this summer. It reflects the growing success of the scheme and the City‘s transformation into a retail and restaurant destination.”
