Luxury British department store Liberty has promoted their Head of Collaborations Scott Tepper to Fashion Buying Director. Tepper replaces Stephen Ayres who left in early August to join premium retailer Avenue 32.

Tepper joined Liberty from Kurt Geiger last year where he held the position of Head of Luxury for three years. He was also previously a buyer for Bergdof Goodman in the US and Villa Moda.

The new FBD will continue to work alongside the Liberty Art Fabrics team to create future collaboration projects for the brand.

Liberty have made further changes in their beauty and accessories department, promoting Gina Ritchie from Head of Beauty and Accessories to Buying Director of the category.

Ritchie has been with Liberty since 2009. Starting as a Beauty Buyer, she moved into the Head of Beauty role in 2012. Prior to this she worked at Harrods and Harvey Nichols.
