Luxury designer label Michael Kors will open its debut standalone menswear shop in Europe in Westfield London just days before Christmas.

The new store, slated to open December 15, will be located next door to Michael Kors‘ current womenswear store in the shopping centre.

However, according to Drapers, the store will only trade on its own temporarily before being merged into a single men‘s and womenswear store at some point in 2017.

The news follows the opening of Michael Kors new flagship on Regent Street, which currently offers the label‘s product range – including menswear.

Expanding its menswear range and offering in both Europe and Asia is part of Michael Kors‘ growth strategies.
