Net-a-Porter announces new global buying director

Elizabeth von der Goltz has been announced as Net-a-Porter‘s new global buying director as she departs from her role at Bergdorf Goodman.

Following a 14-year stint at the luxury goods retailer, where she most recently held the position of senior vice president and general merchandise manager, Von der Goltz will start her new role mid-summer.

She will be based in Yoox Net-a-Porter (YNAP) Group‘s London headquarters and will report directly to Net-a-Porter president and managing director Alison Leohnis and Matthew Woollsey.

This news comes just a month after the announcement that Alessandra Rossi was to be re-hired as its new president of the off-season division of YNAP.

Earlier this year the group announced its full year results, posting a net sales rise of 17.7 per cent to £1.6 billion, while adjusted EBITDA rose a further 17 per cent to £133.8 million.
