A leading food manufacturing company in the GCC is seeking a B2B specialist for the role of Business Development Manager.
- Explore, identify new channels, understand market needs and propose
- Create a business model to accommodate for channel requirements
- Achieve sales targets for each client with the help of marketing Team.
- Identify key customers from the stand point of strategic opportunities
- Implement approved customer management strategy in designated territory.
- identify growth opportunities for each category.
- Monitor product ordering processes
- Competitor analysis
- Attract, retain potential private label key customers.
- BA university degree preferably in business.
- Minimum of 8 years working in FMCG industry with reputable companies, working on B2B and private labeling.
- Experience in Food Service channel in GCC market.
- Understanding of P& L management, control
- Experience in B2B and business management
- Fluency in English & Arabic required.
- Customer management experience
- Negotiation skills
