Job DescriptionOur client is one of the largest FMCG businesses globally with truly international brands. They seek to hire an FMCG marketer who has a classical marketing background with a minimum of 10 years experience. Ideally the successful individual will have worked in the MENA region and been responsible for a large ATL budget plus have a track record of understanding categories and managing people. Key responsibilities: Full ownership of the marketing budget and being responsible for adapting or creating campaigns suitable to KSA and the MENA region as a whole. - Managing the marketing teams- Regional NPD and innovation- Optimising the utilization of the marketing budget- Creating and executing the companys marketing strategy the country - Developing further business with the trade marketing and commercial team into retail and other channels.Experience required:-· Large blue chip FMCG experience across more than one country. · Significant first division marketing experience working on major brands. · Ability to interact with leading senior stakeholders within an international environment· Able to lead, mentor and motivateIf you think you are qualified, send forward your CV and have a blast with the rewarding salary package.
