Job Description

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Full P&L responsibility for all Sales (domestic, exports & B2B), Marketing, Revenue, and Customer service. 2. Responsibility for sales and revenue growth throughout all sales channels, geographic regions - domestic and exports. 3. Development and implementation of sales & marketing strategies and plans that are consistent with the organizations long-term strategy 4. Attract, hire, and develop a solid team of hardworking employees who work well together and share the Company values. 5. Establish and maintain a consistent look and feel throughout all sales channels, geographic regions. 6. Evaluate industry, market trends and competition strategies and recommend product positioning and pricing. 7. Ensuring delivery of KPIs in the different areas of responsibility. 8. Presentation of commercial reports to the CEO and The Executive Board and suggest corrective actions where KPIs are not met. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED 1. University Degree in a Business related field. An MBA would be mandatory. 2. Professional qualification in Sales & Marketing. 3. P & L knowledge and comfort in analysis and presenting the data / reports. 4. At least 15 years of commercial management experience with FMCG background, with minimum 5 years at senior level. 5. A proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding targets 6. Understanding of marketing, strategy, and positioning 7. Ability to work under pressure 8. Ability to lead people and motivate teams 9. Strong interpersonal skills 10. Excellent written and verbal communication skills 11. Resilient in nature-willing to go the extra mile 12. Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
