Job Description

A leading FMCG business is recruiting for a Client Manager to champion the Shopper and use of Shopper data and drive loyalty decision-making in leading UK retailers to achieve business benefit and targets. As Client Manager, the successful candidate will deliver expert client solutions that drive unique value. You will also be expected to: * Build strong relationships with client contacts and develop a good understanding of the client organisation, their strategies and objectives * Build a comprehensive knowledge about internal capabilities * Deliver accurate, creative and actionable Shopper insights from tools, analysis & consultancy in order to create measurable change for the Client Shopper * Work with teams to develop insight solutions to client issues which drive business decision-making * Effectively Project Manage and deliver a consistently high standard of work * Make a significant contribution to delivering revenue targets for the client group * Identify and effectively manage clients and projects * Collaborate relentlessly with others in order to execute a 'joined up' approach for the client and to deliver against an integrated overall client plan The ideal candidate will have: * Experience of working at either a Retailer, FMCG company or Research Agency specialising in Retail data * Previously managed client relationships * Experience of delivering projects with strong analytical content to deliver insight/recommendations to clients * Strong analytical skills If you want to work use your Insights skills to deliver shopper knowledge to key UK businesses at a company at the top of its game, then please do not hesitate to apply.
