Job Description

This high tech research and engineering business specialises in creating, developing and selling environmental solutions to improve industrial processes and deal with hazardous industrial waste streams. It has a range of products, both in-house and third party, specifically aimed at the Asphalt Industry, Oil and Gas Industry and land remediation. The Role An exciting opportunity to help grow the business from an early stage. Our client needs a technical sales engineer who can take these products into the various market places they are relevant to and deliver sales growth as well as being able to engage with customers on a technical level. The role will involve identifying key markets and customers where their products will be suitable, developing relationships and delivering sales. The Candidate * Must be determined, self motivated, enthusiastic individual * Able to demonstrate previous success in sales of technical products in a similar sector * Strong technical background - previous knowledge of the industrial burner industry would be valuable * Well presented and personable with a good sense of humour * Strong academic background with solid evidence of sciences taken to a high level * Willing to travel and spend time away from home * You will need to travel to the East Midlands office weekly The Package The overall remuneration package will have a base salary but be geared heavily towards a commission/ bonus structure. * Basic Salary £20,000 - £25,000 * On Target Earnings up to £40,000+ * A vehicle will be provided for business travel
