Job Description

A globally renowned luxury fashion retailer specialising in fine designs for men’s and women’s Fashion and Accessories is recruiting for a Head of International Sales who will manage the operations and sales to all third party partners. You will be responsible for the brand's P&L across licensing, wholesale, franchise and corporate operations and to negotiate terms and work with legal teams for new and current partners. As Head of International Sales, your role will involve: * Identifying opportunities for growth across new markets and channels * Strengthening current operations with Wholesale and Operations * Preparation of budgets for each market * Managing relationships with global franchise partners * Assessment of performance versus plan objectives * Project Managing global programs and initiatives * Organising Buying days and overseeing the Buying process * Working with Wholesale Managers to support partners * Building a relevant distribution strategy for licensed products The ideal candidate will have: * An education to MBA level or equivalent, though this is not essential * Experience of P&L management * International Wholesale and Franchise experience (within the Chinese/Asian market would be an advantage) * The flexibility to travel internationally on a regular basis * Experience within a Fashion retailer * Advanced analytical skills * A commercial mindset with a record of success In return, the Head of International Sales will receive a generous salary and bonus, as well as benefits package including discount, clothing allowance, healthcare, pension and death in service.
