Job Description

This FMCG business based in the Yorkshire area is a household name with a wide range of non-food brands, they are currently seeking a National Account Manager to join their growing sales team. As National Account Manager you will be working as the key contact for one of the UK's largest Multiple Grocer accounts. The purpose of this role is to maintain and develop profitable business In this role your key responsibilities will include: * Agreeing a commercial framework that is mutually beneficial. * Manage and deliver all financial and commercial aspects of the framework. * Negotiate and influence at senior levels within your designated customer and amongst your peers. * Regularly report against P&L targets, whilst recommending appropriate changes. * Manage promotional space within your designated customer to deliver commercially sound propositions. * To draft and develop Joint Business Plans ( JBP's ) and secure internal sign-of. * To lead and articulate the sales strategy to your team, ensuring they are delivering against forecasts. * To drive, motivate and coach the team ensuring KPI's are well communicated and achieved.
