Job Description

A world-leading premium food FMCG business is looking for an experienced Account Manager / Senior Account Manager to join its global HQ in Luxembourg. Working in an international Sales position, the International Commercial Development Manager will utilise skills developed in Account Management across multiple channels. The successful candidate will be expected to: * Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance to Impulse Trade and Foodservice development across all geographical areas * Actively support sales development and implementation of the group sales strategy across CIS and Emerging Markets * Facilitate the cross-fertilization of best practises and international co-ordination in fragmented trade management, RTM assessment and sales force effectiveness, and co-ordinate the relevant stakeholders in achieving the overall sales objectives * Develop foodservice sales strategy including channel and customer segmentation, RTM, commercial policies, sales process, KPI's, and control mechanisms to monitor execution excellence * Transversally facilitate continuous improvement of sales performance within the impulse trade (inc foodservice), developing processes, tools, methodologies to support quality execution * Support Sales in developing and implementing Customer Business Planning Tools to enhance our selling and negotiating capability and improve our ROI * Introduce new tools and methodologies in the assigned channel/countries, define pilot projects according to Area Manager approval, involving all stakeholders (Organization, SC, HR, IT, etc) The ideal candidate will have: * Sales Management experience in a multi-national FMCG organisation * Food industry experience within Customer, channel, Category, Project Management, Direct Impulse Trade or Foodservice * Strong analytic and computer skills * A proactive and dynamic approach to business * Strong financial acumen In return, the International Commercial Development Manager will receive a generous salary and bonus as well as relocation assistance.
