The role will consist of predominantly new business development as well as managing a small portfolio of existing accounts. Responsibilities will include: * Actively market map, cold-call and source new business opportunities * Managing and developing existing clients * Researching and sourcing new suppliers to ensure broad product selection * Analysing customer information to enhance the range of products offered * Completing competitor analysis to remain competitive in the marketplace * Accurate data recording * Writing reports and communicating key findings to the wider business * Meet and exceed sales and margin targets The ideal candidate will have: * A minimum of 2 years experience in an account executive role * Experience building and maintaining relationships * The ability to make a high volume of calls in order to source new clients * Excellent commercial and numerical skills and be analytical * Effective negotiatior and influencer * Highly organised and efficient in a target driven environment * A strong academic background with excellent written and verbal communication skills * Excellent IT skills If you have enthusiasm for e-commerce and can combine this with a tenacious approach and genuine interest in the spa and wellness industry, apply today!
