A unique opportunity has arisen for a top class Services Manager to co-ordinate all cleaning and standards aspects of a London based domestic holiday lettings company. You will be co-ordinating hotel-style housekeeping teams throughout London to make sure all properties are cleaned and ready to receive paying guests with the highest standards in mind. These properties are owned by private individuals who short-let their properties through this company and will be expecting their properties to be returned to an even higher state of cleanliness once the paying guests have departed. This is also your responsibility and will be undertaken without compromise. Key attributes for this role include: ] * Meticulous attention to detail * Excellent people motivation and management skills * Leadership qualities * Scheduling, time-keeping and co-ordination capabilities * Problem solving prowess * Quality assurance You will be educated to a very high standard and be able to communicate with people at all levels. You will be the ‘Go To’ point of contact for guests, house-keepers and company directors for all things standard related. You should also be able to maintain a sense of humour in what will be a very demanding and challenging role.
