This leading manufacturer with a wide range of brands is currently seeks a Regional Account Manager to join its growing sales division managing London, South East and the home counties. As a Regional Account Manager you will be the prime contact for a number of key accounts. The main purpose of your role will be to maintain and develop profitable business. As Account Manager, you key responsibilities will include: * Agreeing a commercial framework that is mutually beneficial * Managing and delivering all financial and commercial aspects of the framework * Negotiating and influencing at senior level within your designated customer and amongst your peers * Regularly reporting against P&L targets, whilst recommending appropriate changes * Managing promotional space within your designated customer to deliver commercially sound propositions * Leading and articulating the sales strategy to your team, ensuring they are delivering against forecasts * Driving, motivating and coaching the team ensuring KPIs are well communicated and achieved In order to be successful you should have a strong background as an Area Sales Manager / Regional Account Manager / Account Manager and have a proven background managing a number of key clients from either food or non-food and have a proven background in growing sales.
