Job Description

This company's mission is to champion the Shopper and use of Shopper data to drive loyalty decision making in leading UK retailers achieve business benefit and targets. Can you help them achieve that? Client Managers in this business deliver expert client solutions that drive unique value using our suite of capabilities. Key to the role is the ability to: * Build strong relationships with client contacts and develop a good understanding of the client organisation, their strategies and objectives * Build a comprehensive knowledge about internal capabilities * Deliver accurate, creative and actionable Shopper insights from our tools, analysis & consultancy in order to create measurable change for the Client Shopper * Work with Teams to develop insight solutions to client issues which drive business decision making * Effective project management and delivery of consistently high standard of work * Make a significant contribution to delivering revenue targets for the client group from identifying and effectively managing clients and projects * Collaborate relentlessly with others in order to execute a 'joined up' approach for the client and to deliver against an integrated overall client plan. You will need an analytical mind and experience of working at a Retailer, FMCG company or Research Agency specialising in Retail data and have managed client relationships previously. Also, experience of delivering projects with strong analytical content to deliver insight/recommendations to clients would be beneficial.
