Job Description

This leading brand is looking for a Relationship Account Manger to join its growing commercial team. Reporting to the director this key role will manage the business' interest with a key business partner. To achieve this, the Relationship Account Manager will plan, implement and manage all agreed campaigns and initiatives to deliver against objectives and ensure that the relationship is maximised for both parties in line with commercial strategy. You will be responsible for: * Working with the team to contribute to the strategic direction of the partner business * Taking primary responsibility for the day-to-day management of the business' relationship with the partner by ensuring a proactive approach to the strategic plan * Monitoring performance at both campaign and partner level to ensure that the business maximises the relationship * Understanding the partner's market profile and work with them to achieve tangible objectives to deliver success commercially * Developing and maintaining relationships cross functionally internally across all areas * Identifying promotional opportunities and integrating them into the annual marketing plan and budgeting process * Checking and approving marketing materials so they are line with business and partner brand guidelines. The successful candidate will have a proven background in managing third party relationships or customers. You must be able to build relationships quickly, engaging all areas of the business internally and establish creditibility externally. Of graduate caliber, you must be able to project manage, delegate and operative effectively in a wider team. Candidates will be considered from a wide range of sectors but they are particulary keen to see people from a blue-chip fmcg background, perhaps from account management.
