Job Description

Our client is a leading food and catering service provider in the UK and is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to manage a key account with regards to all aspects of operational activity and to exceed customer expectations on every front. Customer focus and a commercial outlook is essential in this role as is the need to be enthusiastic and driven as you will be managing a nationwide operation with over 250 staff and implementing change and improving all aspects of service. Within the role you will be responsible for: * Customer expectations and delivering results * Management of all operational personnel including development * Operational costs and budgeting * Operational productivity * All health and safety issues * Effective maintenance and use of all plant and operational equipment * Service levels * Achieving KPIs in control of waste and operational failures To be successful you will have: * Experience of an operational management role with proven people management skills ideally across multiple sites. * An in-depth knowledge of supply chain and logistics * Experience in a food production environment or airline catering * Implementing change and delivering results If you have the drive and determination to succeed our client in return is offering a competitive salary, performance related bonus, contributory pension scheme and 25 days holiday.
