Job Description

The opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Manager to join the International Office of one of the UK high street's leading retailers. Working within their Womenswear team, based in Turkey; you will work with the quality and sourcing teams to ensure all samples for the UK are to the correct specification and standard and delivered within the required time frames. Key responsibilities to include: * Presenting the best products and latest trend information to the UK team on a regular basis. * Developing new product opportunities; identifying gaps in the market and spotting opportunities before competitors. * Sourcing new factories; identifying those that can provide additional trend information. * Working closely with the factories to identify new opportunities, ideally those with a quick turn around to ensure the business is quicker and better than its competitors. * Working closely with the design teams to ensure samples are delivered on time and are of the highest quality. * Building and maintaining strong working relationships with the buyers - gaining their trust and support. * Continuously updating and speaking with all colleagues regarding new trends, the latest fabrics and the most desired shapes and prints. The successful candidate will: * Have experience within buying and/or design, with a great product knowledge across ladieswear. * Be confident working within a volume driven environment where design and quality cannot be compromised. * Have excellent communication skills and be able to present their work with enthusiasm and clarity. * Have had international exposure, visiting and working with overseas factories. * Be passionate about product, specifically womenswear and therefore up to date with the latest trends, prints and shapes, as well as what other high street retailers are doing.
