Job Description

This exciting and expanding online business seeks to add a creative and diligent Digital Community Manager to its growing office in Dubai. As the Digital Community Manager you will safeguard and promote the brand through the use of Facebook / Twitter / Linkedin / Bebo / Pinterest / Foursquare etc. Your other responsibilities will include: * Control of the social media channels, overseeing all editorial content / comments / word of mouth across each platform * Understanding the brand’s ethos and values you will write original and engaging content for the social media platforms * Responding to questions and monitor conversations whether these be positive or negative * Increaseing media traffic and followers through innovative methods * Running competitions where appropriate * Being up-to-date with the changing Social Media scenery and make recommendations on new platforms Person Specification: * Extensive knowledge and deep passion for all things Social Media related * Strong command on the English & Arabic languages * Ability to write in the company’s correct style at all times * Incredible attention to detail * Effective team player * Used to working in a high-pressure deadline driven environment
