Job Description

This FMCG market leader currently seeks Customer Business Managers to cover the Latvian and Lithuanian regions. Both roles will report into the Customer Business Director - Baltics. The purpose of the role is to represent the position of the company in dealings with key customers and distributors network in Lithuania and Latvia. You will ensure the implementation of the development strategy in order to achieve the potential of the network. You will also participate in policy-making in the Department of Sales and negotiate terms and conditions. Your main tasks will include: * Responsibility for achieving the objectives, tasks, distribution, marketing, merchandising, payment terms and the market share for Latvia or Lithuania on the basis of its distribution strategy for products sold by the Company. Oversees preparation of proposals and implementation plans for ATL and BTL support. * Ensuring maximum utilisation of the potential sale of products and efficiency of distributors to achieve sales plans. Performs analysis evaluating the functioning of labour and the management, sales tests. * Providing control of the execution of contracts with the KA, merchandising, pricing on the shelves in hypermarkets. Provides control of the supply contract. * In agreement with Superior, ensuring implementation of agreed proposals for the cooperation with customers. Provides budget control key customers. * Planning and organising the agreed promotional campaigns in accordance with agreed objectives. * Negotiating trade agreements with major networks and dealers to use all available channels of distribution. Represents company to clients in disputed cases. To be considered for these roles you will need: * Knowledge of the FMCG market, Sales systems and tools for the management of key clients * Knowledge of business processes * Sales & Marketing knowledge * Min 3 years as a Key Account Manager or a managerial position within an FMCG business The skills you will need are: * Ability to think and act strategically * Ability to negotiate * Ability to conduct presentations * Ability to create and manage a budget * Ability to influence and persuasion * Ability to organize work * Skills analysis, problem solving and decision making * Native speaker – Lithuanian or Latvian plus good knowledge of English. Russian language skills very welcome. * MS Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Lotus * Driving Licence B category
