Job Description

This world leading non-food FMCG business is looking for a Country HR Training and Development Manager to join its team in Egypt. The role entails being the lead for all training and development in the business across all categories. You will lead the training and development team on strategies to educate internal employees on both the professional development side and also the product knowledge side of the business. Job Reponsibilities: * Conducting and supervising training and development programs for employees. * Identifying the core competencies of the workforce with the President and HR Vice President. * Deploying competency mapping in the company. * Management of employees' knowledge by keeping up to date materials, using IT to produce training materials and manuals. * Designing and developing training and development programs based on both organization and individual needs. * Implementing training programs, make training plan quarterly, amend and revise programs as necessary in order to adapt change in work environment, supervise work of trainers. * Appraisal of training effectiveness. * Designing career development for all positions with coordination with the HR Director. * Designing the performance appraisal with the HR director * Preparing annual training budget considering the cost of planned programs and assessing the return on investment on any program executed. * Reporting to the board of directors. Experience within Egypt is required.
