Job Description

This leading Global FMCG Beverages Company is looking for a District Sales Manager in Poland. Key Responsibilities: * Managing a team of sales professionals within your designated region * Motivating a team to achieve their targets * Recruiting, training and advising your team * Increasing sales volume and market share within the region * Implementing and coordinating companys sales strategy * Selling to retailers, wholesalers and HORECA * Responsibility in personally managing key accounts at a senior management level * Full P&L management within the region Key Attributes: * Experience of managing a sales team ( Area Sales Managers and Sales Representatives) * A strong proven background in FMCG * Experience in selling into Retailers and Merchants * Ideally you will have knowledge of the retail, wholesale or HORECA channels * Experience in working on KPIs * You will have the necessary drive and determination to expand the sales and customer base of this well established business * Good Command of English and fluent Polish
