Job Description

Due to recent changes in this business, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Customer Services to join one of the UK's fast growing online retailers, which is based in the North West. This is a unique position where the successful candidate will have the chance to take responsibility for a growing contact centre operation; bring change and improvement, and further develop it into an efficient and modern operation. Reporting to the Operations Director your key responsibilities include: * Establishing a new customer service team liaising closely with HR to review and improve recruitment processes into their team * Deliver a plan to manage their growing international plans * Establish and drive an unique customer service culture and philosophy throughout the team which will enhance customer experience and retention. Essential skills required: * Proven contact centre management knowledge including email only contact centres within a retail environment * Team management experience with the ability to enthuse and motivate junior employees * Ability to communicate confidently to the board/directors * Excellent entrepreneurial skills and be able to respond positively to challenges in a commercial and efficient manner * Analytical and methodical minded who pays attention to detail and maintains high standards This is a fantastic and unique position; apply now with a copy of your updated CV.
