Job Description

This Beauty manufacturer, which is well established in the industry and works with some exciting brands, currently seeks a Customer Service Supervisor/Manager for its branch in the South East. The company requires a Customer Service Supervisor/Manager with considerable experience working within Exports. Your role will mainly revolve around managing relationships with the distribution warehouses and providing support to both the Customer Service team and consumer base. Other responsibilities of the role include control and reviews of ordering, invoicing and appraisals. We are looking for someone who possesses the following skills and experience: * Knowledge of Exporting goods, including needs and requirements of Customs and Excise procedures * Demonstrates strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate your team and increase efficiency * Fluency in English, with an additional European language highly advantageous * Computer literate, with experience in Excel, Word and Lotus Notes mail, with experience in SAP highly desirable * Previous experience of managing and recruiting your own staff If you’re looking for a progressive company which will offer a supportive environment, recognition for your hard work and a fun atmosphere, this is the role for you.
