Key Responsibilities: * Leading a team of regional Field Sales Executives to achieve set targets in line with regional goals. * Coaching, developing and supporting the Sales team. * Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and market share. * Effective journey planning * Analysis of sales and market data to build strong commercial arguments and back decisions. * Budget management * Building strong relationships both internally and externally * Communicating clearly * Attending monthly and weekly field sales meetings at head office * Identifying problems and suggest actionable solutions Key Skills: * Inspiring, leading and coaching * Highly effective influencer and negotiator * Strong interpersonal skills * Articulate and confident with the ability to deliver concise and engaging presentations. * Excellent IT skills * Analytical and numerical * Target driven and results orientated * A proactive and enthusiastic approach * Creative problem solver You will ideally be educated to degree level and demonstrate the drive and ambition to succeed.
