Job Description

My client are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join their business as a Regional Sales Manager for the Traditional Trade Channel in The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This B2B and B2C sales professional should be able to maintain an existing territory of business and customers, prospect target accounts for new business as well as establish and work with key stakeholders. The Regional Sales Manager must have demonstrated excellent commercial success and be comfortable selling a range of food and non food FMCG branded products to the trade. The position uses consultative sales techniques to enhance sales and profitability for the organisation. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: * Responsible for Account Management and New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing commercial agreements with existing and new customers * Sell a full range of FMCG products, negotiating trade terms, sales and business plans * Provide account management to an existing territory * Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle and provide a consultative solutions sales process to customers requirements * Conducts one-on-one and group sales presentations * Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports * Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads Desired Skills & Qualifications * Must be a self-starter * Must be able to demonstrate sales record at a high level of achievement in KSA * Solutions-selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: FMCG, White Goods, Telecoms or other consumer product area * Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent work experience) business, marketing and sales or related field of study * Analytical skill set, strong presentation skills, ability to interact with any level within anorganization * Ability to self-motivate and multi-task and work independently or within a team * Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills - English and Arabic required * Well-developed interpersonal Skills and Professional Demeanor
