Job Description

This fun-loving Health & Beauty brand is looking for a Social Media Community Manager to monitor and drive its activity in this area and develop new ideas and opportunities for engaging with key audiences. With extensive experience of managing social media channels and an in-depth understanding of best practice and latest trends, you will be working in the dynamic Digital Marketing team with a view to creating an interactive ‘experience’ for existing and potential customers. Your key responsibilities include: * Responding to and logging all consumer queries and feedback * Produce monthly reports and analysis and present findings to key stakeholders * Managing and building the brands social media presences, ensuring they are high quality, consistent and in line with ‘Tone of Voice’ * Creative content and Social Media content production across all Social Media channels * Manage the mail-outs to customers * Developing creative ideas that raise the brand profile amongst key audiences via social media * Engagement with key retail clients and direct customers And what you’ll need: * A passion for service and enhanced customer service skill * Extensive experience of managing social media channels * A Degree is Marketing, desirable * Knowledge of social media best practice and latest trends * The ability to use social media to engage with an organisation’s key audiences * A good understanding of the social media tools used to monitor trends and create insights * Excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for being part of a highly creative team * Stacks of personality, fun-loving outlook on life To be the Social Media Community Manager, you should already demonstrate a track record of success in a similar Social Media position, preferably working for a retail brand.
