Job Description

One of the top sportswear retail companies is looking for a pro-active Customer Service Representative to provide support to the African Sales team. As the Customer Service Representative, you are responsible with Order Management/Gross to Net Management. You will also need to manage communications with the internal stakeholders and carrier providers through regular contacts and follow up on supply chain challenges. You also must be knowledgeable with the Foreign Trade and Financial Flow and be up to date with the changing country legislations and export documentations. The candidate for this position must have an experience in Logistics and/or Supply Chain. Financial knowledge is not required but is an advantage. The Customer Service Representative must have good writing and speaking skills in English, French and Arabic and be able to communicate with people on different levels, nationalities and cultures from the internal and external organization. Technical knowledge in Windows, MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint is required. Additional knowledge in Reporting package (BIP/BIP/ODT/Hyperion), SAP knowledge is preferred.
