Job Description

A unique opportunity has opened for a Customer Service Manager to join a leading multi-national FMCG business. As the Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for: * Overseeing all customer service activities and ensure that all orders are processed and delivered on time. * Working closely with the Sales Manager/General Manager to agree with the quotations, proforma and contracts for the customers. * Supervising of all intercompany inbound and outbound transactions. * Producing monthly reports and updated KPIs. The ideal Customer Service Manager will have the following qualifications: * Graduate of any four-year college or university education, preferably sales or business management related. * Ideally Four years work experience in the same field. * Computer literate on latest desktop operations. * Excellent communication skills, knowledge in Arabic language is preferred.
