Client Business Partner An exciting position has opened up in a global leading market research company. As the Client Business Partner you will lead the relationship of two of the biggest blue chip FMCG companies in the UK and worldwide. This opportunity will allow you to manage a team, aiming to gain deeper engagement and provide consultancy. Principal Account-abilities: * Develop and execute objectives that reflect both client needs and maximise the company’s opportunities to deliver products and services. * Establishing strong professional relationships all the way up to board level to promote the company’s objectives. * Ensure client’s expectations are realistic and client satisfaction is achieved with agreed service levels. * Develop on ad-hoc projects to achieve great results and use performance indicators to monitor on-time, within budget delivery of results. * Provide consultative advice, building a strong client focus creating an environment where various cultures and perspectives can work in harmony.
