Job Description

An excellent opportunity has opened for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Training and Development Manager to join one of the most established specialist retailers in the UK. The Training and Development Manager will handle the training program and design for the retail stores, support and customer service teams across the business This role will involve: * Creating a tailored training plan for each team in the business. * Managing a team of trainers, ensuring that their skills and potentials are maximised. * Conduct a training needs analysis to prioritise development programs across the business. * Conduct training and coaching programs to improve staff performance. * Monitor the competence and efficiency of the training programs. The ideal candidate for this role will have the following qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. * Strong background and experience developing training programs at all level. * Excellent communication and networking ability. * Understanding and experience of multi-site retail operations.
