Job Description

A well known high street retailer is looking to add an experienced Customer Relationship Manager to their growing eCommerce team. You will be experienced in planning and implementing Direct Marketing campaigns via Email, SMS, Mailshots and other channels. Your responsibilities as eCRM / CRM Manager will include: * Setting the strategy for customer retention campaigns. * Analysing the effectiveness and profitability of previous campaigns and using data to determine which communication channels are most effective. * Develop a profound understanding of customers and how to maintain their loyalty. * To generate and develop new ideas to retain and grow the customer base. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role for a large retailer and will have experience of implementing various CRM campaigns. You will also have the following skills and experience: * A proven track record of successfully running CRM campaigns for retailers. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Educated to degree level with strong analytical skills. * Experience with Business Objects, SAS and SQL would be an advantage. In return for your hard work as CRM Manager, you will be rewarded with a basic salary of £30,000 - £40,000 + bonus + great benefits as well as the opportunity to progress within this well established retailer.
