An exciting opportunity has arisen with a luxury Bridal retailer, who are looking for a Assistant Manager in their Leicester boutique. This well-known retailer specialises in finding women the perfect dress for their special day! To be a successful Assistant Sales Manager you must have an experience of one to one sales, delivering a high standard of customer service at all times. As an Assistant Sales Manager, your key responsibilities will be: * Overseeing and managing bridal appointments. * Understanding your clients needs . * Managing the administration processes for appointments and sales. * Driving achieve sales targets. You must have: * Established sales management experience within a fashion and/or Bridal background for this unique opportunity. * An interest in fashion and bridal wear. * Consultative sales background. * Customer service experience & keen visual eye. * Worked with leading KPI’s –both financial and non-financial.
