Customer Loyalty Specialist My client has an exciting new position within the company and they are eagerly seeking a Customer Loyalty Insight Specialist to work for a renowned retail company. This is a great opportunity for an individual aiming to broaden their skills within a large organisation. The ideal person for this role is someone who has a track record of building relationships with clients and a highly numerical background. Key Task and Responsibilities: · Successfully driving loyalty schemes shaped by insights provided by analysis. · Provide valuable insights and be involved in important decision making skills and confidently deliver effective presentations. · Building and maintaining strong continuous relationships with key stakeholders · Working confidently cross functionally, using multiple data channels effectively Skills and Behaviours required: · Highly numerical and a strong analytical background with the ability to confidently interpret data (background within a retail industry) · Previous experience within a Retail industry is essential · Track record of using a range of software tools · Excellent communication and presentation skills · Experience carrying out ad-hoc projects This is a fantastic and exciting opportunity for aspiring individual to join a large Retail company.
