They are currently looking for an experienced HR & Payroll Manager to join their growing team in Algeria. As the HR & Payroll Manager, you will be in charged of the following: * Prepare payroll reports for managerial and regional staff * Update and supervise the administration of all employee benefits * Handle the HR SAP system * Oversee the hiring procedures * Represent the company in all employee related issues with unions and government authorities * Work closely with the Head of HR to establish a high performing HR organisation The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications: * Degree level education in Finance, Accounting or HR Management * At least 7years of experience in HR within a manufacturing environment * Solid track record in recruitment, compensation and benefits administration * Fluent in English, French, and Arabic * Knowledgeable in SAP * Team management and development experience This is an exciting opportunity with a guaranteed competitive package that awaits the successful candidate.
