Job Description

This service provider has been providing a caring and sympathetic service for almost 100 years. Being a regional manager for over 200 branches this well-being service business is central to the community. This role is to strategically influence the business to provide 1st class service to the customers & community you service. These are localised businesses where people within these homes/stores live locally and know about the communities they serve & have excellent relationships with heath centres, doctors, local authorities, traders and social groups. The business has ambitious plans & has set projective targets for next 5 years. With over 300 people this business is looking for a Regional Manager to inspire and lead their brilliant teams to deliver the best operational store standards & impeccable service levels. As a Group Manager you will be looking after - : * Achieving the highest profits using the most commercial methods and ensuring that the highest possible standards. * To work collaboratively with the Head of Operations to deliver an industry service and deliver profitable market share growth. * To deliver strategic objectives through effective leadership in line * To provide leadership, coaching and change management support to ensure a dynamic, highly professional and forward-thinking team. * To continually improve business processes to ensure competitive advantage in both client service and operational standards. * Ensure that client queries or complaints are handled promptly in-line with internal procedures * To work closely with the Business Development Manager within the area. * Provide and nurture industry leading customer service and selling culture Involvement with local community to be a really focal point in the area To be successful, you must be a highly experienced field based operator with a proven track record in a strategic leadership capacity. This can be from a healthcare Well-being, retail, pharmacist, optical, healthcare, hospitality or Gym background is ideal. It is essential that you have exceptional people management skills and good financial and commercial acumen. You must be results-orientated, passionate and committed to achieving and sustaining outstanding customer service that is localised.
