An excellent opportunity to join an expanding retail business in Dubai exists for an experienced Recruiter with clientside retail recruitment experience to join their growing team. They seek to hire an individual with both agency and in-house retail recruitment experience. As the Recruitment Manager for Retail you will:
- Directly report to the HR Controller.
- Resource and headhunt for positions such as Stores and Operations, Buying, Merchandising, Finance, Property - all for their retail businesses.
- Assist with in manpower planning, budgeting and developing a comprehensive orientation program.
- Take responsibility for managing the entire recruitment function; setting up and managing a database, identifying sourcing options, conducting interview, and developing employment contracts.
- Managing the performance management system and employee probationary reviews.
To be considered you will need:
- At least 8 years experience with 3 years in retail recruitment.
- Be an exceptional communicator with great presentation skills.
- Well versed with MS Office.
- Knowledgeable of fashion, local culture and sensitivities.
- Positive and energetic; self-motivated.
- Confident, flexible and organized.
- Presentable and well groomed.
