Are you a progressive Deputy Store Manager with the desire to drive a business forward? The Deputy Manager will aid in the enlargement and diversification of product ranges as the business continues to mould itself according to the market, trends and trading climate. The successful candidate will also be responsible for: * Overseeing activity on the shop floor and ensuring high standards of customer service to deliver sales. * Managing and controlling the overall operation of the store in the absence of the Store Manager in line with company policies and procedures * Ensuring that all service is delivered as a team through various communication methods.
