Job Description

A well-established retailer is recruiting for a Field HR Business Partner to provide pro-active HR support and business partnership within a fast-paced retail environment within their food and non-food stores. With single digit growth and on-going expansion this business is looking for an individual who can provide leadership and direction regarding People aspects of their business. The successful candidate will: * Provide Business Partner support and be hands-on with Area / Store Managers in the delivery of all people management issues * Deliver reactive and proactive HR assistance when required * Oversee labour turnover, staff retention, leadership and behavioural responsibilities * Monitor training and provide 360 feedback * Deal with any Employment Relation issues You will have an idea of the challenges of the retail environment and how the role of HR Manager runs alongside the improvement of people, store standards and morale of Store teams. The ideal candidate will have: * Extensive HR Management experience in an Area / Field or large single site capacity * A strong retail or hospitality background * Experience of overseeing projects and be able to show examples of how you have influenced and challenged other Operational team members at Area level * A CIPD qualification is not essential but is highly desirable.
