Job Description

This well established out of town retailer is looking for a Regional HR Manager to provide proactive HR support and business partnership within a fast-paced retail environment where it is a leader within its field. As the Regional HR Manager you will be: * Providing generalist support and be hands-on with Area / Store Managers in the delivery of all people management issues * Training focus on the Store Management team and internal succession planning * Oversee labour turnover, staff retention, leadership and behavioural responsibilities * Monitoring training and providing 360 feedback * Performance management (under and over-achiever performance) * Employee Relations * External recruitment including working to timescales, ongoing successions and managing budgets * Prioritising and delegating your workload The ideal candidate will have: * Extensive HR Management experience at Area / Field level * A strong retail or hospitality background with a proven track record of success * Experience of overseeing a number of stores and be able to show examples of how you have influenced and challenged other Operational team members at an Area level * Clean driving licence and flexibility to travel through the South East and South West. A CIPD qualification is not essential but is desirable. In return, the Regional HR Manager will receive a generous salary and bonus, as well as a benefits package including a car.
