An International Wholesale Manager opportunity has come up for a reputable luxury Fashion & Accessories Brand & Retailer. With the international division being a main focused of expansion this role is pivotal inn to maintain the uncompromising brand standards yet remain commercial in their relevant retail sector. This business has a flat structure so the position will reports directly into the Head of Wholesale. Your role - * Development of new relationship * Managing EMEA Wholesale accounts * Franchise support in the Middles-East partnerships * High analytical – regarding sales trend, forecasts and action plans * looking at buying schedules for specific countries and their needs * Making sure all orders and effectively with time, budget and within the critical path * Being strategic with Key Accounts regarding performance, range, market conditions etc. * Organise Training for any key accounts where needs for key product lines * Budgets Business planning– P & L * Great communication skills interacting and advising franchisee's and looking at new business ventures. * Working closely within head office, logistics, merchandising & buying teams * You must be able to drive a business at a more strategic yet realistic level due to their on-going focus on delivering on brand standards and looking for a inspirational leadership amongst stores. * Flexible to travel internationally. To be successful in this role you must be - * Well establish wholesale or international franchise experience within an Accessories or fashion background * Flexible to travel * Conversational with another European Language (Italian is ideal but not essential!) * Track record of managing and creating new account relationships * strong negotiation & sales skills and has knowledge of international, Luxury markets. * Highly analytical and has dealt with seasonal forecasting * You must thrive in working in an autonomous working environment where you can demonstrate working to pace & working to your own initiative and take a fastidious attitude.
