Shopping centre Westfield has marketing consultancy Tomorrow People to develop a web portal which showcases its investment potential.
Westfield, located in west London, currently has 275 retail units occupied by such companies as Adidas, Lego, Loreal, Jaguar and Marks & Spencer but its remaining commercial leasing opportunities are considerable.
The website will deliver a virtual experience of the development through images, videos and interactive floor plans, which the company hopes will also highlight possibilities for event space, digital screens and suspended media.
Bill Giouroukos, Director of Operations at Westfield, said: “In a hugely competitive market place it is essential to use innovative and visually impactful marketing material.
“The system, developed by Tomorrow People, allows us to create bespoke presentations which feature interactive video, specifically targeted to each client to demonstrate the opportunities which exist within our sales and commercialisation space.”
Deep linking on the website is set up to drive clients to relevant sections of the presentation, and by logging on users can use a bespoke version of the site to view specific retail space exactly as it would appear with their branding.
