The UK’s number one grocer Tesco has confirmed a new eight-strong senior management team for its British operation.
Reporting to UK CEO Richard Brasher, the new look board will start their roles in March.
Noel Robbins has been named Chief Operating Officer, and will work alongside new commercial directors Per Bank and Tesco.com boss Laura Wade-Gery.
Kevin Grace will assume the role of Property Director, while David North will become Corporate Affairs Director and Judith Nelson will be Personnel Director.
Mike Iddon and Carolyn Bradley will remain in their respective posts of UK Finance Director and Marketing Director.
Brasher commented: “I’m very pleased to have such a strong team to run the UK business.
“Together we have huge experience across all aspects of our business, with a unique combination of both international and domestic expertise”.
Changes announced today will coincide with Sir Terry Leahy stepping down from his role as group CEO and Philip Clarke taking his place.
