Luxury food and gifts retailer Fortnum & Mason is introducing its ‘build your own‘ hamper service to its website. The facility will give customers the opportunity to create a personalised hamper from a choice of over 2,799 products.
The online launch complements Fortnum & Mason‘s existing ‘build your own‘ hamper service already available from the brand‘s flagship Piccadilly store.
Hampers will be available for delivery to customers based in the UK and worldwide or for collection from its flagship store.
To create the personalised hamper online, customers with selected items in their online basket can select from a choice of three different sized wickers – small 15 inch wicker for one to six items, medium 19 inch wicker for seven to 12 items or large 25 inch wicker for 13 plus items.
As well as a flagship in Piccadilly, Fortnum & Mason has UK estates at London‘s St. Pancras International Station and Heathrow Terminal 5 and an international standalone store in Dubai.
