The annual Best Companies list has named cosmetics retailer Lush, frozen food grocer Iceland and Savers Health & Beauty as the best big retail companies in the UK to work for in 2016.
Researched and compiled by employee engagement specialist Best Companies, the annual lists are based on staff feedback and allows companies to identify strengths and gaps in their employee engagement.
Lush ranked 10th in the Best 25 Big Companies list, while Iceland came in at 11th, followed by Savers Health & Beauty at 15.
Also in the 25 Big Companies list are Halfords (18), Bonmarche (19) and Signet Trading (21).
Meanwhile, Jeweller Beaverbrooks, lingerie specialist Bravissimo and Pandora Jewellery UK led the Best 100 Mid [Sized] Companies categor.
Naked Wines was the only retailer too landed a spot in the Best 100 Small Companies list, coming in at 50.
